Glaze Alchemy (釉血)
Mineral Composition
Wood ash, local iron ochre, and mineral glaze settle differently on every form. Rather than forcing industrial uniformity, we allow depth, pooling, and brush rhythm to remain visible.
The Wind and Fire (风火)
The Reduction Kiln
Every firing is watched through heat, atmosphere, and cooling. Flame and reduction complete what the hand began, giving each object its own tone, marks, and subtle variation.
Pre-Order & Making Time
Please allow 15–45 days before dispatch.
Many of our ceramic pieces are offered by pre-order or made after an order is placed, rather than taken from mass-produced stock. Once payment is received, the studio begins or schedules the careful sequence of forming, drying, glazing, hand painting, firing, cooling, inspection, and protective packing. Each stage needs time so the clay can settle naturally and the finished piece can travel safely.
Most pre-order pieces are completed and ready for dispatch 15–45 calendar days after payment. The exact lead time depends on the form, decoration, kiln schedule, and order quantity. If an intricate custom request requires additional time, we will contact you promptly. Once the piece has passed inspection, we will send dispatch confirmation and tracking details. For gifts or date-sensitive orders, please contact the studio before purchasing.
